Check SPCOD Article address in Speed Net
After Receive the SPCOD article in Speed Net 4.2 we have to check the
address and pincode of the article before transfer to postman module.
Case 1
If Address may wrongly invoiced : just scan the article in Missent window.Case 2
If Pincode wrongly invoiced : It should be treated as Missent article.
Remarks taken wrongly as Missent
Once, the remark for SP COD articles is taken as Missent in SpeedNet, again it can't be transferred to Meghdoot Postman at delivery office.Missent article wrongly transferred to Postman
Once transferred to postman not able to invoice as Missent in Speed Net,
Just make it error entry then take remark as Return to sender for
Missent article.
