·         Clear all log File from DB utilities

·         Check Database Discrepency and solve

1. Ensure that You have Upgraded to sanchay post 6.6 and Sanchay Post R2—Check it with Db analyser
2. Check that you have configured your H.O in Initialization—PO Name and address—Add a H.O
3. ·         Do the Day End In sanchay 6.6
4. ·         Remove Old Sanchay Post 6.6
5. ·         Install Sanchay Post 6.6.1                         Click Here to Download sanchay 6.6.1
6. ·         Run Upgradation patch                             Click Here to Download      
7. ·         Run Interest rate Patch                              Click Here To download
8. ·         Run NSC Error Patch                               Click Here to Download
9. ·         Run Patch For Negative List                     Click Here to Download latest Negative list
10. ·         Download Latest OT patches from Tamilnadu site (http://tamilnadupost.nic.in\sdc\sblan.htm) And Copy it in OT folder c:\sp5\OT
11. ·         Download Sbutil.Pdb from site (http://tamilnadupost.nic.in\sdc\sblan.htm) which is put   under Miscellenous and Copy same in OT folder, DE\SB folder,DE\PF folder NR\DE folder

Note:1. BPL account Need to open by choosing BPL in account opening form of SB
         2.Transactions in BPL account need to done in SB>> ECS debits and credits...Deposit    is to shown under credit and Withdrwal under Debit
        3. although Once you have upgraded to Sanchay Post R2 but the system Was formatted at a later stage and forgot upgrade at that time you have to use New R2 patch before upgradation of 6.6.1 .    Download R2 Patch
