Directorate vide memo No. 9-23/2012-SPG dated 23-07-2012 has already called for attested copies of ACRs of IPs for the period 2004-05 to 2010-11 for convening the DPC for promotion to the post of PS Gr. B by 31-08-2012 positively.
It is learnt from Postal Directorate that, only two/three circles have submitted the requisite documents and attested copies of ACRs for convening DPC for promotion to the post of PS Gr. B. Directorate has assured that DPC will be convened in the month of October 2012. If the requisite documents are not timely reached at Directorate from all circles then DPC will be delayed. It is once again requested to All Circle Secretaries and Officer Bearers to ask their Circle Administration to send requisite documents to Postal Directorate as early as possible.
